About Me

I currently live in San Diego, CA after originally being born in the suburbs of Washington D.C. I went to college at the University of South Carolina and love to travel, I've been to over 30 countries and am always looking for what's next!

I am an avid sports fan and follow just about everything. My teams include the Commanders, Padres, Wizards, Gamecocks, Arsenal and the Capitals. I grew up playing mostly basketball and baseball but have most recently gotten into boxing and (bad) golf.

I am a huge food person, always scouting out the newest restaurants to open or recipes to cook. I frequent the farmer's market here in San Diego and always enjoy a craft brewery.

Another passion of mine are movies, I try to watch all of the year's Oscar-nominated films and give my critiques and favorites each year.

I love to create and think differently. My colleagues have called me an innovator and appreciate my ability to cultivate a positive, open collaborative environment. I believe a great idea can come from anywhere and anyone and our duty is to build off of each other and not compete with one another. I have created creative innovation trainings that I believe are useful for anyone and everyone!
